If you arrive more than half way through your booked time you will forfeit your slot entirely. Please ensure you are booking a date and time that you are certain you can be on time for.

ID and Proof of Address Requirements

Valid original Photo ID and Proof of Address (copies including photographs are not permittable) must be provided by anyone over the age of 18 attending an experience either as a participant or accompanying an under 18 participant! This is a requirement of UK Law and is none negotiable. If you do not provide these on the day you will forfeit your experience.
