All bookings must be paid in full.
All packages cancelled 7 days before the date of the experience are eligible for refund minus administration charge of 5% or can be rescheduled for a later date schedule permitting.
All packages cancelled 5 days before the date of experience are eligible for 50% refund but may be rescheduled for a later date schedule permitting. .
All packages cancelled with less than 5 days notice are none refundable but may be rescheduled for a later date schedule permitting. .
Any packages cancelled with 3 days or less notice are none refundable and can not be rescheduled.
If for any reason the management have to cancel your booking you will be entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled visit schedule permitting.
To request a refund or reschedule according to the criteria above. Contact [email protected] with the details for your booking, Name, Email address, Booking Date and Reference. Management will review your request and approve or reject depending on circumstances and meeting the cancellation criteria. We will then process following our terms and conditions.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our right to remove you or ask you to leave:
The management within reason, reserve the right to refuse any guest access and remove them from the Range without any right to refund any guest whose behavior may affect the enjoyment and or safety of other guests or staff. Any guests who uses violent, aggressive, offensive, discriminatory behavior and or language. Or in any way threatens the safety of others.
The management reserve the right to refuse or cancel your experience if you are deemed unfit due to alcohol or drugs with no right to refund.
