Payments & Rescheduling
- Payment: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
- Rescheduling: A £5 administration fee applies to all rescheduled bookings, payable on the day of your visit. Failure to pay this fee will result in the forfeiture of your session.
Attendance
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened at management’s discretion, and your complimentary drink will be forfeited. Arriving more than halfway through your slot will result in a total forfeiture of the booking.
- No-Shows: If you fail to attend your booking, no refund or rescheduling will be permitted.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the notice period provided:
- 7+ Days Notice: Full refund (minus a 5% admin fee) or reschedule (subject to the £5 rescheduling fee).
- 5 Days Notice: 50% refund or reschedule (subject to the £5 rescheduling fee).
- Under 5 Days Notice: No refund available, but rescheduling is permitted (subject to the £5 rescheduling fee).
- 3 Days or Less Notice: No refund and no rescheduling permitted.
- Management Cancellations: If we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or a fee-free reschedule.
How to Request a Refund
Email enquiries@heavymetalsc.co.uk with your Name, Email, Booking Date, and and Order number. We will notify you of the approval or rejection via email. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Please allow time for bank processing before following up.
Important Note: All requests for cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email. We are unable to process these requests over the phone.
