Sale of Services
All bookings must be paid for in full prior to attending.

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site.

The services will be paid for in full prior to taking part.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.
Our right to remove you or ask you to leave
The management within reason, reserve the right to refuse any guest access and remove them from the Range without any right to refund any guest whose behavior may affect the enjoyment and or safety of other guests or staff. Any guests who uses violent, aggressive, offensive, discriminatory behavior and or language. Or in any way threatens the safety of others.
The management reserve the right to refuse or cancel your experience if you are deemed unfit due to alcohol or drugs with no right to refund.
Damage to property, the management reserve the right to issue legal proceedings against anyone causing damage or loss to the facilities and seek costs and damages against such person/s.

CCTV
CCTV is used within the Range for your safety and security and that of our staff.
Liability
Management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your belongings this includes the area in and around the Range including the car parks. Your use of the car parking facilities is at your own risk.
Shooting can be dangerous
All shooting can be dangerous. Whilst we take all safety precautions, whilst extremely rare unavoidable accidents can happen. As such all participants must sign an indemnity prior to any experience beginning. Participants take part at their own risk.
Under 18’s
The minimum age to participate is 12 years all under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Late arrivals and No Shows
Where participants are late for their allotted booking the session may need to be shortened, this is at management discretion. Participants arriving more than half way through their allocated booking time will forfeit their slot entirely.
Failure to arrive for your booking will be recorded as a no show with no refund or reschedule permitted.
Photo ID
Valid Photo ID and Proof of Address must be provided by anyone attending an experience either as the participant or accompanying a participant.
Limitation of Liability
Heavy Metal SC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Heavy Metal SC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of England.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions.
