1. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, and downloadable files—is the exclusive property of Heavy Metal SC Ltd. Unauthorized use of this material is prohibited.
2. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree that:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- All information provided is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used for illegal activities or in violation of these Terms.
3. Sale of Services
- Bookings: All experiences, range time, and competition entries must be paid for in full before participation.
- Accuracy: We strive to describe our services accurately. However, all services are purchased at the user’s own risk, as we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of every description or image.
4. Safety, Conduct, and Removal
To ensure the safety of all guests and staff, Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without a refund if:
- Their behavior affects the enjoyment or safety of others.
- They use aggressive, offensive, or discriminatory language.
- They are deemed unfit due to the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Property Damage: We reserve the right to seek legal costs and damages against anyone who causes loss or damage to the facilities.
5. Legal Requirements & Age Policy
- Section 21: All visitors must sign and comply with Section 21 of the Firearms Act. Review here.
- Photo ID: Valid original Photo ID and Proof of Address are mandatory for all participants and accompanying adults.
- Under 18s: The minimum age for participation is 12. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
6. Attendance & CCTV
- Late Arrivals: Sessions may be shortened for late arrivals. Arriving more than halfway through a slot results in a total forfeiture of the booking.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive results in no refund or reschedule.
- Surveillance: CCTV is in operation throughout the Range for the security of guests and staff.
7. Liability & Indemnity
- Risk: Shooting is an inherently dangerous activity. While we take every precaution, participants take part at their own risk and must sign an indemnity waiver before beginning.
- Personal Property: Management is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings, including vehicles parked in our car parks.
- Limitation of Liability: Heavy Metal SC and its affiliates will not be held liable for any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the Site or facilities.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Heavy Metal SC against any legal actions or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms.
8. General Provisions
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
- Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- Changes: We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Users will be notified of significant updates via email or Site notice.
